Every single package is inspected and shipped from our warehouse in California. FedEx is the most efficient and fastest shipping method to ship an item. Even though FedEx is great, but damages do occur, all our packages are insured to its fullest value . This means in the rare event any damage does occur during shipping, everything will be covered.
SHIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED
1) Please contact Customer Service at 530-742-1839
2) We will report the damage to the shipper.
3) The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return.
4) The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to G5 Auto LLC.
Once we get
item back we will send you the new item.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE - Credit Amount Will Be Calculated As Follows.
Wheels: Credit less all freight charges. Wheels have to be in original packaging.
Tires: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
Accessories: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
Wheel &Tire Package: Credit less labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges occurred.
Special Order: Special order items are not returnable.
1) Please call Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA).
2) All items must be in original packaging.
3) All merchandise must be new, never been used.
4) Each item should be clearly labeled with RA number.
We do offer a 14 day return/refund policy. They must be as followed
Wheels must be in brand new and unused condition (no tire was ever mounted on the wheel)
Box and content are not damaged or missing
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees
Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
All documents (receipts, RA form) must be submitted to us before this process can take place.
